Leading fashion and lifestyle retailer, Edgars Stores ends the year on a high note as it opens new concept store at Avondale Shopping Centre, Harare. The reigning fashion retailer will debut the new branch on Friday 29th of October 2021.
The Avondale store is unlike the other 25 branches across the country, its a deviation from the usual Edgars store formats, features new lighting enhancement a sleek architectural and visual design for a better shopping experience.
With some key retailers being housed at the shopping centre, the location is strategic as the area has high traffic and this move is set to bring convenience to the customers, increase instore footfall and bolster sales.
This new store location will further expand the brand's local presence and offering customers an interactive shopping and unique omni-channel experience.
Taking into consideration the quintessential shopper who is looking for shopping convenience, the two story retail will feature a wide variety of Edgars trendy signature footwear, outerwear, accessories and beauty products.
The store will be offering a good range of merchandise assortments of our private label brands, namely Signature, D.66, Charter Club, Kelso, Merien Hall, Penny C, New Wave, Free 2 BU among others.
Customers will witness a strong resurgence of the beloved Faithwear range of trendy clothes, which is part of the growing list of the Edgars inhouse brands- will also be housed at the branch and other select stores.
To augment the customer`s shopping experience the store also has a thriving WhatsApp shopping platform complementing the thriving e-commerce site that has served the brand well during the last 12 months complementing the brand's already existing brick and mortar stores.
In line with the Covid-19 guideline the store has put in place a range of measures including safe queuing hand sanitisers at service centers and other touch points.
With over 70 years of existence, Edgars Stores has acquired a large physical store footprint boasting of 26 Stores countrywide.
