Edgars Stores Limited has responded to a call to assist the doctors at Mpilo hospital whose belongings and valuables were razed by a fire that gutted their accommodation end of May.
Through the CSR arm – Edgars Helping Hands, the Group has put together several clothing items and bedding to assist the affected.
The value of the assistance pack is over ZWL 746,000 which we hope will provide the much needed assistance to the staff.
The packs consist of bottoms, shirts, casual tees, jackets, shoes and blankets.
The donation was officially handed over to the doctors at the Bulawayo Polytechnic where they are currently residing.
