Edgars Stores Limited would like to advise shareholders that it will not be able to publish its half year results to 30 June 2019 within the stipulated time frame which is ending on 30 September 2019.
The delay has been caused by an internal system consolidation and we would like to assure our stakeholders that we will be publishing our half year results by no later than 30 October 2019.
Edgars Stores Limited sought and were granted a 30-day extension by the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange to allow for the ratification.
